No offense to programs who use this marketing tactic but those promises are typically a bunch of B.S. to trick you into thinking a program will be easy. They no doubt had someone lose the weight they claimed; however, it usually is someone who is paid to do so over a period of time under laboratory type conditions or the actual results are from the vast minority.
Coach Mike is a no B.S. type of person so he doesn't use B.S. marketing tactics because it's morally wrong.
